WHAT TO EXPECT
Here are a few common questions about our planning and coordination services.
WHEN DOES COORDINATION BEGIN?
Timing depends on the package. Day-of coordination is focused on the wedding day itself, while month-of coordination begins in the final four weeks before the wedding so I can review your plans, connect with vendors, finalize the timeline and make sure everything is ready to come together smoothly.
DO YOU ATTEND THE REHEARSAL?
Rehearsal coverage is included with most coordination and planning packages. It is not included with Mini Coordination, but it can be added when needed.
WILL YOU HAVE AN ASSISTANT?
Assistant support depends on the size, logistics and needs of your wedding. An assistant may be required for larger guest counts or more complex setups, and can also be added when extra support would help the day run smoothly.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARTIAL AND FULL PLANNING?
Partial planning is best for couples who already have a strong start but want professional guidance to bring everything together. You’ll still take the lead on many of the major decisions, while I step in with support around vendors, design, logistics, timelines and organization so nothing important gets missed.
Full planning is much more hands-on from beginning to end. I’m involved throughout the entire planning process, helping with vendor selection, budget guidance, design, logistics, timelines and the countless details that go into creating a wedding day that feels cohesive and well organized. It’s the better fit for couples who want ongoing support and someone actively managing the planning process from start to finish.
